How many sessions are recommended?
Restoring structural integrity is an incremental process. While most guests feel an immediate sense of "hushing" after one session, we typically recommend a foundational block of four sessions to anchor new movement habits within your body mechanics.
What should I bring?
Simply yourself. We provide all necessary equipment in our hushed studio environment. We recommend arriving five minutes early to settle into the atmosphere. Comfortable, soft-touch clothing that allows for free motion is all that is required.
